Position: Delivery Driver/Service Technician

Level:  II                                                                                            

Location:         Albuquerque

Job Summary:

The Driver/Service Technician uses sales, service and educational skills to ensure safe delivery, set-up and use of equipment and maintains the quality provider image for the organization in the community.

Responsibilities include but not limited to: Delivery and set up of medical equipment, develop and maintain working knowledge of current DME products and services, educate  clients/caregivers in proper use and care of home medical equipment, clean and disinfect all equipment, perform routine preventive maintenance, participate in on-call rotation.

Regulatory requirements:

• Possess high school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess current valid driver’s license and liability insurance.
• Able to lift 105 pounds from a squat to standing position.
• Previous experience or successful completion of factory training seminar for home medical equipment preferred.

• Excellent driving skills, clean driving record in accordance with the Motor Vehicle Division.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
